The Government of West Bengal, on April 10, 2026, issued an intimation regarding non-moving/short expiry of Drugs.
The following has been stated: -
•The Asansol District Hospital has reported several drugs as non-moving or slow-moving, with no likelihood of use before their expiry dates.
•A list of seven such items, including their batch numbers, quantities, and expiry details, has been provided.
•The undersigned has requested guidance on how to utilize these drugs effectively.
•It is also proposed to upload the list on the departmental website so that other units can place online indents if required.
