Labour ComplianceThe Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, on April 22, 2026, issued a notification regarding the implementation of mandatory Email Verification and validation measures on the Apprenticeship Portal.

The following has been stated: -

•Mandatory email verification has been introduced for all users on the Apprenticeship Portal, including existing and new accounts, with access restricted until verification is completed.

•During registration, email IDs will be validated, and disposable or temporary email domains will be rejected with appropriate alerts.

•A verification process involving OTP and an activation link (valid for 7 days) must be completed before users can log in.

•The system will detect and block disposable email domains during both registration and login, requiring users to update and re-verify valid email IDs.

•Non-compliance, including invalid or bounced emails (for users and sub-users), may lead to restricted or suspended access to portal services.
