The Multi-Commodity Exchange of India Ltd. (MCX) on April 27, 2026, issued a circular regarding the submission of the Initial Accessibility Audit Report for Digital Platforms.
The following has been stated: -
•As per Securities and Exchange Board of India circular (Sept 25, 2025) and Multi-Commodity Exchange of India communication, members must submit an Initial Accessibility Audit Report for digital platforms.
•The deadline for submission is April 30, 2026.
•Reports must be prepared as per the process outlined in Annexure A.
•Submission is to be done via the Enhanced Supervision portal under the specified MCX membership path.
