The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), on April 28, 2026, issued a notice mandating Trading Members to submit the Initial Accessibility Audit Report for their digital platforms in compliance with provisions of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 and earlier SEBI circular dated September 25, 2025.
The requirement aims to ensure that digital platforms used by regulated entities are accessible to persons with disabilities. Trading Members are required to upload the audit report through the BEFS portal under the prescribed path, with a help guide provided for ease of submission.
All Trading Members must ensure submission of the required audit report by April 30, 2026, failing which it may result in non-compliance with regulatory requirements.
