•These cover areas like CIRP, liquidation, pre-pack, information utilities, inspections, grievances, and personal guarantors.
•The original deadline of April 28, 2026, has been extended to May 05, 2026.
•Stakeholders can submit comments online via the IBBI website under the “Public Comments” section; other conditions remain unchanged.
