The National Commodity Clearing Limited (NCCL) on April 28, 2026, issued the Master Circular – Membership.
The following has been stated: -
•NCCL issued a Master Circular consolidating all membership and compliance circulars up to March 31, 2026, into one reference document.
•It clarifies that if there is any inconsistency, the original circular will override the Master Circular.
•Actions taken under earlier or revised/rescinded processes (including inspections, investigations, or disciplinary proceedings) will remain valid.
•Rights, obligations, liabilities, penalties, and ongoing legal proceedings under previous circulars will continue unaffected.
•The circular is issued under NCCL Bye Law 6.4, and all Clearing Members are advised to take note.
