Labour Compliance The Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) on April 29, 2026, issued the effective date for extending medical benefits in Kakching District.

Exercising powers under the Code on Social Security, 2020, and the Employees’ State Insurance (General) Regulations, 1950, the Director General has designated April 1, 2026, as the effective date for extending medical benefits to the families of insured persons in all areas of Kakching district, Manipur. This extension is in accordance with Regulation 95-A.
