The National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Limited (NCDEX) on April 28, 2026, notified regarding the Submission of the Initial Accessibility Audit Report for Digital Platforms.
The following has been stated:
• Members are required, as per SEBI guidelines on compliance with the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, to submit an Initial Accessibility Audit Report for their digital platforms by April 30, 2026. The report shall include details of the IAAP-certified auditor, the audit completion date, the platforms covered, the scope of the audit, the key findings, and a consolidated signed PDF report, along with an action plan to address issues.
• Additionally, members shall submit details of the appointment of IAAP-certified accessibility professionals, including certification details, appointment date, scope, confirmation of SEBI circular compliance, and auditor contact information.
• Submissions shall follow the prescribed format and be uploaded via the provided links.
