The National Commodity Clearing Limited (NCCL) on April 09, 2026, issued the notification regarding the Master Circular- Warehousing Operations.
The following has been stated namely: -
• NSE Clearing Limited issued a Master Circular consolidating all warehousing operation guidelines issued up to March 31, 2026.
• The Master Circular compiles earlier circulars to provide one comprehensive reference document.
• In case of any inconsistency, the original circulars will prevail over the Master Circular.
• Any actions taken under previous/revised/rescinded processes (e.g., inspections, investigations, disciplinary actions) will be treated as valid under the Master Circular.
• Past rights, obligations, liabilities, penalties, and legal proceedings under earlier circulars remain unaffected despite consolidation or rescission.
