Secretarial Compliance The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on April 29, 2026, issued a notification regarding Penalty Structure for Research Analysts.

The following has been stated:-

•SEBI and the Exchange have outlined a standardized penalty structure for non-compliance by Research Analysts.

•The details of penalties for specific violations are provided in Annexure A.

•Research Analysts are advised to ensure strict compliance to avoid penalties.

•The new penalty framework will be effective from May 01, 2026, for all violations thereafter.
