The National Commodity Clearing Limited (NCCL) on April 24, 2026, issued the notification regarding the System Audit of Professional Clearing Members (PCMs).
The following has been stated namely: -
• Professional Clearing Members (PCMs) must conduct a System Audit for FY 2025–26 as per SEBI circular dated June 20, 2024 and NCCL regulations.
• Only PCMs who carried out clearing activities during the audit period are required to submit the audit report.
• Key timelines:
• Audit completion: by May 31, 2026
• Submission to NCCL: by June 30, 2026 (after board approval)
• If required, it must be completed within 1 month of corrective actions, and the report submitted within 1 month thereafter.
• Entire process (including follow-on audit) must be completed within 6 months from audit period end
• Reports to be emailed to [email protected] with prescribed subject line
