Secretarial ComplianceThe Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on May 11, 2026, notified regarding the Financial Disincentive (Charges) for not uploading the TWS/ETI/BOLTPLUS Location information for April 2026.

The following has been stated:

• BSE has reminded trading members to ensure that all TWS, ETI, and BOLTPLUS terminals are properly registered with the Exchange, in line with earlier notices and the penalty framework issued in October 2025 and April 2026. The Exchange identified unregistered or incorrectly registered terminal locations through daily extranet files and imposed a financial disincentive of ₹1,000 per instance for orders punched from such locations. 

• The financial disincentive file for April 2026, named LCS0426.xxxx, has been uploaded in the Equity Transaction Folder on the Extranet, and the corresponding charges will be debited to members’ General Charges Accounts after 60 days from the notice date. 

• Members seeking a waiver or review of the penalty must follow the procedure prescribed under the Exchange notice dated October 8, 2025, and submit requests through the designated email ID with the specified subject format. 

• Trading members have been advised to ensure strict compliance by uploading the correct terminal location details before placing orders from those locations.
