Secretarial ComplianceThe Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on May 11, 2026, issued circular on Financial Disincentive (Charges) for not uploading the TWS/ETI/BOLTPLUS Location information for the month April 2026.

Trading Members are reminded to ensure that all TWS/ETI/BOLTPLUS terminals are properly registered with the Exchange, in line with various prior notices. Terminals operating from unregistered or incorrectly registered locations attract a financial disincentive of ₹1,000 per instance.

The Exchange has identified such instances through daily extranet files and has released the Financial Disincentive file for April 2026 (LCS0426.xxxx). The applicable charges will be debited to the General Charges Account after 60 days from the date of notice.

Members may seek waiver or review of the penalty as per prescribed procedures by submitting requests via the designated email with required details. All Trading Members are advised to ensure strict compliance by uploading accurate terminal location details before placing orders.
