The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on May 11, 2026, notified regarding the System Audit of Stockbrokers/Trading members.
The following has been stated:
• It has informed trading members that the System Audit Reporting Module for submission of system audit reports for the period ending March 31, 2026, is now active, pursuant to the earlier Exchange notice dated April 22, 2026. Trading members can access the module through the BEFS portal, while auditors are required to log in through the Cymmetri portal.
• Members are required to conduct and submit system audit reports for half-yearly, yearly, and once-in-two-years audit periods as applicable. The due date for submission of the Audit Plan is June 5, 2026; the Preliminary Audit Report shall be submitted by June 30, 2026, and the Action Taken Report, wherever applicable, must be submitted by September 30, 2026.
• The Exchange has also provided separate user manuals for members and auditors to facilitate smooth usage of the reporting module.
