Finance & Taxation Compliance The Ministry of Finance (MoF), on May 12, 2026, issued Notification amending Notification No. 22/2022-Customs dated April 30, 2022 under section 25(1) of the Customs Act, 1962.

The amendment revises entries in Table III against Serial Number 12 of the principal notification. The notification substitutes the value “10” in column (5) and the value “4” in column (6), thereby modifying the applicable customs exemption or tariff-related parameters under the existing customs notification framework.

The revised provisions will come into force from May 13, 2026.
