The National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (NPPA) on May 12, 2026, issued a retail price fixation order under the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 2013 for the formulation containing “50,000 Armour units of enzymatic activity supplied by a purified concentrate having specific Trypsin & Chymotrypsin activity in a ratio of approximately six to one (as enteric coated granules) + Paracetamol IP 325 mg + Aceclofenac IP 100 mg”. The formulation is manufactured by M/s Synokem Pharmaceuticals Ltd. and marketed by M/s Troikaa Pharmaceuticals Ltd.
The notification has been issued under the provisions of DPCO, 2013 for fixation of retail price of the specified scheduled formulation based on the applicable pricing methodology adopted by NPPA. The order pertains to the combination drug used primarily for pain relief, inflammation management, and enzymatic anti-inflammatory support.
The retail price fixation will be applicable to the concerned manufacturer and marketer in accordance with the provisions of the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 2013 along with applicable GST and related compliance requirements.
