The Government of Nagaland on April 21, 2026, notified regarding the extension of Due Date for Filing GSTR-3B Return for March 2026 in Nagaland.
The Commissioner, exercising powers under the Nagaland Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 and based on the recommendations of the GST Council, has extended the due date for filing FORM GSTR-3B for the month of March 2026. Registered taxpayers required to file returns under the relevant provisions can now submit their returns up to April 21, 2026.
This extension applies specifically to persons required to furnish returns under Section 39(1) read with Rule 61 of the CGST Rules, 2017. The notification is effective from April 20, 2026, thereby providing relief and additional time to taxpayers for compliance.
