Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoCF) on April 10, 2026, issued the amendment to the n-Butyl Acrylate (Quality Control) Order, 2021.

The following has been stated namely: -

• In paragraph 2, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely: -

“Provided that to prevent any disruption of supply chain of the said goods or article, the conformation to such Indian Standard shall not be applicable for the period from the 10th April, 2026 to 10th July, 2026.”
