The Municipal Council Manali, Himachal Pradesh on March 31, 2026, issued the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Bye-laws, 2026 for Municipal Council Manali.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The Manner of Vending In Different Vending Zones has been stated in te Bye-laws
• The regulations regarding the Fees, Taxes, Penalties, and Terms & Conditions has been stated in Chapter-III
• The Procedure for Allottment of Vending Site has been stated.
These Bye-laws shall come into force on such date as may be notified in the Official Gazette by the Appropriate Government.
