Industry Specific ComplianceThe National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Limited (NCDEX) on April 29, 2026, issued the notification regarding the Master circular – Enforcement.

The following has been stated namely: -

• National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Limited (NCDEX) has issued a Master Circular on Enforcement to compile all relevant circulars, directions, and communications issued up to March 31, 2025 in one place for easier reference by members. 

• The Master Circular rescinds earlier circulars and communications listed in Annexure II, while consolidating updated enforcement-related guidelines and procedures. 

• Any actions, inspections, investigations, enquiries, or disciplinary proceedings already initiated under the rescinded/revised processes will continue to be treated as valid under the corresponding provisions of the new Master Circular. 

• Rights, obligations, liabilities, penalties, legal proceedings, and remedies arising under the rescinded circulars/processes will remain unaffected, as though those circulars had never been rescinded. 

• The circular also covers key areas such as advertisement code for stock brokers, advertisement processing fees, technology-based sharing of submissions among exchanges, revised application formats, and social media disclosure requirements for SEBI-regulated entities.
