Secretarial ComplianceThe Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on May 14, 2026, issued the Mock Trading on Saturday, May 16, 2026, for Electronic Gold Receipts segment.

The Exchange has scheduled a mock trading session for the Electronic Gold Receipts (EGR) segment on May 16, 2026, to help trading members test and familiarize themselves with their systems. Participants using third-party platforms, empaneled vendor systems, or in-house applications via ETI APIs can utilize this session to evaluate various functionalities, including handling exceptional scenarios such as risk-reduction mode and trading halts.

The session will commence with login from 09:15 AM to 10:00 AM, followed by a pre-open session comprising order entry (10:00 AM–10:08 AM) and matching (10:08 AM–10:15 AM). Continuous trading will run from 10:15 AM to 02:00 PM, with a block deal window between 12:00 PM and 12:15 PM. The market will then move into closing (02:00 PM–02:10 PM) and post-closing (02:10 PM–02:20 PM) phases. No new BOLT TWS release has been introduced for this mock session.

This mock trading is strictly for testing and training purposes. Trades executed during the session will not attract any margin obligations or settlement requirements, nor will they create any legal rights or liabilities.

Market participants are encouraged to actively participate in the session to ensure system readiness and smooth functioning during live trading.
