The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on May 14, 2026, notified regarding the Mock Trading on Saturday, May 16, 2026, for the Equity segment.
The following has been stated:
• The Exchange has scheduled a mock trading session for the Equity segment on May 16, 2026, to help trading members test and familiarize themselves with their trading applications and systems.
• Members using third-party trading platforms can also use the session to test various functionalities and exceptional market conditions such as different types of call auction sessions, risk-reduction mode, trading halts, and block deal mechanisms. No new BOLT TWS release will be introduced for this mock session.
• The trading schedule includes login from 9:15 AM to 9:45 AM, morning block deal window from 9:45 AM to 10:00 AM, pre-open session from 10:00 AM to 10:15 AM, continuous trading for T+1 securities from 10:15 AM to 2:00 PM, and T+0 trading till 1:30 PM.
• Special pre-open sessions for IPO and re-listed scrips will run from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by continuous trading for SPOS scrips till 2:00 PM. Periodic call auction sessions will take place between 10:30 AM and 1:30 PM, while auction settlement activities will be conducted from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM.
• The afternoon block deal window is scheduled from 12:30 PM to 12:45 PM, followed by closing and post-closing sessions till 2:20 PM. Trade modification timings are up to 2:30 PM for T+1 trades and 1:45 PM for T+0 trades.
