The Bombay Stock Exchange Limited (BSE) on May 14, 2026 informed members about the implementation of new 1600 series outbound calling numbers for handling BSE technical support queries. The change has been introduced pursuant to amendments made by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) to the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations (TCCCPR), 2018 aimed at strengthening consumer protection against unsolicited commercial communications.
Under the revised framework, members will now receive outbound calls from BSE Technical Helpdesk only through the numbers 1600313680 and 1600113188 with immediate effect. The Exchange clarified that the implementation aligns with TRAI’s revised telecom communication norms and replaces earlier calling arrangements referenced in BSE Notice No. 20251027-26 dated October 27, 2025.
BSE further advised members that for technical assistance relating to trading, connectivity and related operational issues, support can continue to be accessed through the BSE Technical Helpdesk on business days between 8:00 AM and 7:30 PM via the designated helpline numbers and email support channel.
