The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on May 14, 2026, issued a circular announcing the launch of the new NEAT Adapter application for the Electronic Gold Receipts (EGR) segment.
The following has been stated:
This adapter will enable members to log in through the Exchange-provided NEATPlus frontend and will support only NEATPlus-based access. NSE will make Version 1.0.25 of the NEAT Adapter available for both Windows and Linux systems on the Extranet from May 16, 2026, 08:00 AM onwards.
Members are required to use the specified adapter version along with GR Port 10863 for EGR connectivity. The application supports only 64-bit operating systems, with Windows 10 or higher required for Windows installations and RHEL 8.5 or higher for Linux installations.
NSE has also provided installation manuals, OS compatibility details, and a NEAT Adapter Analysis Tool on the Extranet to assist members.
