Secretarial ComplianceThe National Stock Exchange (NSE) on May 14, 2026, issued a circular regarding Member Interface Testing of Two-way portability across Clearing Corporations- Software as a Service (SaaS) Model.

The following has been stated:-

•NCL will conduct a mock session on May 16, 2026 to test the Software as a Service (SaaS) setup for two-way portability across Clearing Corporations.

•The exercise is being held in line with SEBI’s Business Continuity guidelines requiring quarterly SaaS mock sessions.

•NCL will invoke the SaaS setup between 12:00 PM and 12:30 PM and operate through the SaaS platform from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM.

•Members are requested to actively test all functionalities related to the SaaS setup during the session.

•Existing login credentials issued under NCL Circular No. 025/2023 can be used for participation in the mock drill.
