The following has been stated:-
•Indian Clearing Corporation Limited has directed Clearing Members to complete and submit the Internal Audit Report for the half year ended March 31, 2026.
•The report must be submitted electronically through the IEFS Portal in the prescribed format by May 31, 2026.
•Late or non-submission may attract penalties or disciplinary actions as per ICCL notices and related circulars.
•Members are advised to ensure timely compliance with all regulatory requirements before the deadline.
