Secretarial ComplianceThe Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on April 30, 2026, issued the notification regarding RBI cancelation of the Licence of Paytm Payments Bank Limited – Update.

The following has been stated namely: -

• Following communication from NPCI, Paytm Payments Bank Limited has been disabled in NACH for any further transactions. 

• Bank accounts of Paytm Payments Bank Limited registered by members for clients in the Unique Client Code (UCC) system will now be treated as invalid. 

• Any mandates linked to Paytm Payments Bank Limited on the BSE StAR MF platform will be rejected with the remark: “RBI cancels the licence of Paytm Payments Bank Limited.” 

• Members are advised to immediately replace all existing mandates, including XSIPs, that are linked to Paytm Payments Bank Limited with mandates from other banks. 

• Paytm Payments Bank Limited will no longer appear as a valid bank option for new UCC registrations or fresh mandate registrations.
