The Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways (MoPSW) on May 13, 2026 issued a corrigendum to the Hindi version of its earlier notification published in the Gazette of India on January 17, 2023 vide G.S.R. 30(E). The corrigendum rectifies the terminology used for the expression relating to the “Adjudicatory Board” in the Hindi text of the notification.
Under the corrigendum, wherever the word ‘Adjudicating Board’ appeared in the Hindi version of the earlier notification, it shall now be read as ‘Adjudicating Board’. The amendment is limited to correction of the Hindi terminology and does not alter the substantive provisions of the original notification.
The correction has been notified through publication in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), to ensure uniformity and accuracy in the Hindi version of the legal text issued by the Ministry.
