EHS ComplianceThe Department of Disaster Management, Relief and Civil Defense, Government of Rajasthan, on May 07, 2026, issued a circular regarding the Guidelines for Agricultural Input Subsidy to Disaster-Affected Farmers.

The following has been stated:-

•The Rajasthan government has issued detailed guidelines for providing Agricultural Input Subsidy assistance to farmers suffering 33% or more crop damage due to notified natural disasters under SDRF norms. 

•Eligible farmers must submit Aadhaar, bank, and land documents to the concerned Patwari within the prescribed Kharif and Rabi deadlines for uploading data on the DMIS portal. 

•Financial assistance of up to ₹8,500 per hectare for rain-fed crops, ₹17,000 for irrigated crops, and ₹22,500 for perennial crops will be provided for a maximum of two hectares through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT). 

•Farmers can also report crop losses through the Raj Girdawari App, while complaints raised on the Rajasthan Sampark Portal must be resolved quickly by district authorities. 

•The government clarified that the subsidy scheme operates separately from the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana insurance scheme and aims to ensure timely relief to affected farmers.
