Secretarial ComplianceThe Multi-Commodity Exchange of India Limited (MCX) on May 18, 2026, notified regarding the Reminder for Submission of the Half Yearly Networth Certificate as on March 31, 2026.

The following has been stated:

• It has reminded members to submit the Half-Yearly Networth Certificate along with Networth Computation as on 31 March 2026 by the due date of May 31, 2026.

• Members who are also registered with the National Stock Exchange of India Limited are required to submit the certificate only to NSE under the common submission mechanism introduced by the exchanges. Members not registered with NSE must submit the documents electronically through the MCX member portal by the prescribed deadline.

• The Exchange has further warned that disciplinary action will be initiated for non-submission or shortfall in networth compliance. Additionally, if deficiencies identified in the submitted Annual Return or Half-Yearly Networth Certificate are not rectified within 15 calendar days of intimation, a penalty of Rs. 1,000 per day, subject to a maximum of Rs. 2 lakh, will be levied.
