Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Indian Customs Electronic Data Interchange Gateway (ICEGATE) on January 16, 2026, issued advisory on Unified Application Dashboard for AQCS NOC under SWIFT 2.0.

CBIC has introduced the SWIFT 2.0 Unified Dashboard to provide a single-window platform for trade users to manage No Objection Certificates (NOCs), licenses, inspections, and related documents across Participating Government Agencies (PGAs), including AQCS. This initiative simplifies trade compliance and enhances efficiency.

With effect from January 17, 2026, applications for AQCS NOC for interdicted Bills of Entry are no longer required to be filed separately on the AQCS portal. Instead, they can be processed through the Unified Application Dashboard on the ICEGATE SWIFT portal, with implementation being carried out in phases across ports.

The dashboard offers key features such as submission of additional documents, real-time NOC status tracking, SMS/email notifications, query responses, online payment with GST invoice generation, scheduling of inspections, and downloading of NOC documents. Additionally, a Compliance Repository has been introduced to allow users to view NOCs and LPCOs issued by various agencies.

Trade users are advised to follow existing guidelines and refer to relevant circulars and user manuals available on ICEGATE for smooth usage of the system.
