The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on April 16, 2026, issued an advisory on the Unified Application Dashboard for the issuance of the Export Turnover Certificate
issued by EPCs under SWIFT 2.0.
The following has been stated:-
•Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs has launched a Unified Application Dashboard under SWIFT 2.0 on the ICEGATE portal for issuance of Export Turnover Certificates by various Export Promotion Councils (EPCs).
•The system, effective from April 16, 2026, enables exporters to apply online, track application status, receive SMS/email alerts, respond to queries, make fee payments, and download certificates digitally.
•The facility covers multiple EPCs, including AEPC, Chemexcil, PLEXCONCIL, PDEXCIL, SRTEPC, SGEPC, and PEPCI. Earlier, exporters had to submit applications manually to different EPCs.
•A Compliance Repository feature has also been introduced to allow ICEGATE EXIM users to view NOCs and LPCOs issued by different agencies through a digital platform.
