The National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) on May 15, 2026, issued a circular regarding intimation of the Speed-e deadline time for Electronic Gold Receipt NSE.
The following has been stated:-
•National Securities Depository Limited has issued a circular informing Participants about the deadline timings for pay-in of securities related to Electronic Gold Receipts (EGR) on the National Stock Exchange of India.
•The circular refers to earlier NSDL guidelines issued in 2022 regarding EGR market type codes and operational settlement procedures.
•NSDL has now enabled Electronic Gold Receipt market types on the SPEED-e platform and directed Participants to ensure that all client and Clearing Member instructions received before the deadline are executed in the eDPM system before the NSDL cut-off time.
•Participants facing any technical issues, including problems in downloading instructions from SPEED-e, have been advised to immediately contact the Help Desk and obtain a token number.
