Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Ministry of Finance (MoF) on January 22, 2026, notified regarding the Unified Application Dashboard for CDSCO (Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation) NOC (Imports) under SWIFT 2.0.

The following has been stated:

• The Customs Department has launched the Unified Application Dashboard for CDSCO NOC under SWIFT 2.0 across India for all CDSCO-interdicted import Bills of Entry. The initiative aims to simplify trade compliance by providing a single-window platform for managing NOCs, licenses, inspections, and documents across Participating Government Agencies (PGAs) through the ICEGATE SWIFT portal.

• Under the new system, importers filing Integrated Bills of Entry for CDSCO-regulated goods can digitally obtain CDSCO No Objection Certificates (NOCs). The dashboard allows users to submit additional mandatory CDSCO data/documents not included in the original filing, track NOC status in real time, receive SMS/email alerts, respond to queries raised by CDSCO officers, view or download issued NOCs online, and receive inspection schedules.

• Additionally, a Compliance Repository feature has been introduced where registered ICEGATE EXIM users can access NOCs and LPCOs issued by various government agencies. Agencies will be integrated into this repository in phases.

• Trade users are advised to refer to the CDSCO User Manual available on ICEGATE for operational guidance on obtaining CDSCO NOCs through the Unified Application Dashboard.
