The National Stock Exchange IFSC Limited (NSE IFSC), on May 18, 2026, issued a circular introducing a new message rate category “Category F” with a capacity of 1000 messages per second (mps) and revising the Annual Recovery Charges (ARC) applicable to existing message rate categories for all types of connectivity. The revised framework shall come into effect from July 1, 2026.
Under the revised structure, ARC charges for existing categories have been increased, with Category A (40 mps) revised from USD 250 to USD 300, Category B (100 mps) from USD 600 to USD 720, Category C (200 mps) from USD 1,200 to USD 1,450, Category D (400 mps) from USD 2,400 to USD 2,900, and Category E (800 mps) from USD 4,800 to USD 5,800. The newly introduced Category F (1000 mps) shall attract an ARC of USD 7,200. Other connectivity-related charges such as installation, hardware rent, and upgrade or downgrade charges shall continue to apply as per the respective service provider’s rate card.
The circular further clarifies that the first interactive IP with Category A (40 mps) connectivity shall continue to be provided free of charge; however, any subsequent change to another category shall attract applicable ARC charges. It also provides that drop-copy mapping shall be treated as a third IP with Category B ARC applicability. The revised charges will be recovered monthly through debit to members’ exchange dues accounts and shall be exclusive of applicable taxes.
