The Multi Commodity Exchange of India Limited (MCX) on May 19, 2026, issued reminder - Submission of Half Yearly Networth Certificate as on March 31, 2026.
This circular reiterates the requirement for Clearing Members to submit the Half-Yearly Net Worth Certificate along with the computation as of March 31, 2026, in line with the earlier circular dated April 23, 2026. Members must submit the same through the MCXCCL Member Reporting Portal on or before May 31, 2026.
Members who have not yet complied are once again advised to complete the submission within the stipulated deadline using the prescribed online portal. The circular emphasizes that submissions must be made exclusively through this portal.
It further warns that non-submission, delayed submission, or delays in resubmission (including responding to queries or observations) will attract penalties or disciplinary action as per the provisions specified in Annexure 4 of the earlier circular.
Members are advised to take note of the requirement and ensure timely compliance to avoid any regulatory action.
