The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on May 19, 2026, issued a corrigendum to its earlier notification no. 14/2026 dated April 30, 2026.
The following has been stated:
• At page 40, in line 15, in column (3), for “inserted” read “substituted”;
• At page 40, in line 26, in column (3), for “2202 91 29” read "2202 99 29”;
• At page 57, after line 25, the following entry shall be inserted, namely: -
24. Notification No. 45/2025- Customs, dated the 24th October, 2025, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide G.S.R. 781(E), dated the 24th October, 2025In the said notification, in TABLE I, - (i) against S. No. 110A, for the entry in column (2), the entry “2841 90” shall be substituted; (ii) against S. No. 110B, for the entry in column (2), the entry “2841 90” shall be substituted.
