The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on May 19, 2026, issued a notice regarding a reminder for submission of the Internal Audit Report for the half year ended March 31, 2026.
The following has been stated:-
•BSE Limited has reminded Trading Members to submit the Internal Audit Report for the half-year ended March 31, 2026, by the due date of May 31, 2026.
•The requirement is in continuation of earlier Exchange notices dated April 7 and April 17, 2026. Members must upload the report through the BEFS (BSE Electronic Filing System).
•The Exchange has warned that non-submission or delayed submission may attract penal charges and disciplinary action.
