Finance & Taxation Compliance The Excise and Taxation Department, Govt. of Haryana on May 18, 2026, notified regarding the extension of the Time Limit for Filing GST Appeals before the Appellate Tribunal.

The Government has notified June 30, 2026, as the last date for filing appeals before the GST Appellate Tribunal in cases where the impugned order was communicated before April 1, 2026. For orders communicated on or after April 1, 2026, appeals shall be filed within three months from the date of communication of the order to the appellant.
