The National Commodity Clearing Limited (NCCL) on May 21, 2026, issued a reminder to submit the Half-Yearly Internal Audit Report for the period ended March 31, 2026.
The following has been stated:
• The requirement applies to Clearing Members who conducted at least one clearing trade between October 1, 2025, and March 31, 2026.
• The Internal Audit Report must be submitted by May 31, 2026, and reports should be emailed to: [email protected].
• Email subject format: “Internal Audit Report – Name of the Clearing Member (Clearing Member Code) – March 2026.
• Late or non-submission penalties will be imposed as per: CCL/COMPLIANCE-002/2024 dated March 28, 2024. Penalties for audit non-compliances will be governed by: NCCL/COMPLIANCE-013/2023 dated December 28, 2023, or any subsequent relevant circulars.
NCCL has advised members to ensure timely compliance with the submission requirements.
