The National Commodity Clearing Limited (NCCL) on May 22, 2026, regarding the submission of the Half-Yearly Net Worth Certificate as on March 31, 2026.
The following has been stated:
• NCCL has reminded clearing members to submit the Half-Yearly Net Worth Certificate and Statement of Computation of Net Worth as on March 31, 2026, based on unaudited financial statements, by May 31, 2026.
• Members are required to upload the prescribed documents only through the NCFE Portal, and no physical submissions will be accepted. NCCL has cautioned that non-submission, delayed submission, or discrepancies/non-compliance in the certificate may attract penalties or disciplinary action as specified in its earlier circular dated April 22, 2026.
