The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on May 22, 2026, notified regarding the Use of Escalation Email IDs for Investment Advisers (IAs).
The following has been stated:
• BSE has designated exclusive escalation email IDs for handling unresolved matters related to Investment Advisers (IAs).
• Members may escalate issues to the first escalation email if the primary email remains unresolved or unanswered for 7 days, and further escalate to the second level if no resolution is received within another 7 days.
• The Exchange has advised members to use these email IDs strictly for genuine escalation cases and not for routine correspondence, to ensure effective tracking and timely resolution of complaints and issues.
