Secretarial ComplianceThe Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on April 30, 2026, issued the Master Circular - Surveillance (Currency Derivatives and IRD Segment) 2026.

The following has been stated namely: -

• The Exchange periodically consolidates departmental circulars into a single master document for easy reference on policy and operational matters. 

• This particular circular combines all previous circulars issued by the Surveillance Department related to Currency Derivatives and IRD (Interest Rate Derivatives) segments. 

• Any actions, decisions, or procedures already taken under the earlier rescinded guidelines will still be considered valid under the new Master Circular or the earlier applicable provisions. 

• Rights, obligations, liabilities, privileges, penalties, and compliance responsibilities created under the old guidelines will continue to remain effective despite the rescission. 

• Ongoing investigations, legal proceedings, remedies, or enforcement actions connected to the earlier guidelines will not be affected and will continue as if the old guidelines had never been withdrawn.
