The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on May 22, 2026, notified regarding the Use of Escalation Email IDs for Research Analysts (RAs).
The BSE Limited has introduced dedicated email IDs to handle escalation of issues related to Research Analysts (RAs) in a structured manner.
If a query is not resolved within 7 days through the primary communication channel, members may escalate the matter to the first escalation email. If there is still no response or resolution within the next 7 days, a second-level escalation email can be used.
Members are advised to use these escalation channels strictly for genuine escalation cases only and not for routine communication. Regular operational queries should continue to be addressed through the usual designated email channels.
This mechanism is intended to ensure better tracking, accountability, and timely resolution of escalated issues.
