The Department of Revenue, Andhra Pradesh, on May 23, 2026, amended an older notification No. G.O.Ms.No. 463, Revenue (Regn.I), dated August 17, 2013, related to Levy of Registration Fee on Pari Passu Charge Documents – Revision of Fee.
The following has been stated:-
•The amendment aims to update the fee structure relating to the registration of security interests shared equally among lenders.
•The revised fee is set at 0.5% of the secured loan amount, capped at a maximum of Rs. 6,00,000/- (Rupees Six lakhs).
•This newly amended fee structure is valid for a period of three years starting from the date the order was issued.
