Secretarial ComplianceThe National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Limited (NCDEX) on May 26, 2026, issued Reminder- Submission of Half Yearly Networth Certificate as on March 31, 2026.

The National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Limited has reiterated that members must submit the Half-Yearly Networth Certificate and Statement of Computation of Networth as on March 31, 2026, based on unaudited financials, by the deadline of May 31, 2026. This follows its earlier circular dated May 4, 2026, and serves as a reminder for members who have not yet complied.

Members who are also registered with National Stock Exchange of India Limited are required to submit their networth certificate only to NSE. Submission to NSE will be treated as compliance for NCDEX as well, with NSE sharing the relevant data and documents with the Exchange. Monitoring and supervision will continue as per the existing framework of respective exchanges.

Members not registered with NSE must submit their documents online through the NCDEX Audit Portal within the stipulated deadline. Failure to submit or delayed submission will attract penalties or disciplinary action as per the relevant NCDEX circular on member inspection and compliance.

Overall, the circular emphasizes timely compliance, clarifies submission channels based on dual registration status, and warns of strict action in case of non-compliance.
