The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on May 27, 2026, issued a circular regarding a reminder for the submission of the Half Yearly Networth Certificate as on March 31, 2026.
The following has been stated:-
•National Stock Exchange of India Limited has once again advised trading members to submit the Half-Yearly Networth Certificate as on March 31, 2026, by May 31, 2026.
•The certificate must be digitally signed by the auditor and submitted through the ENIT compliance portal.
•Members failing to submit the certificate within the deadline may face penal or disciplinary action as per applicable Exchange circulars.
