The National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Limited (NCDEX) on May 26, 2026, issued a circular regarding the commencement of the Liquidity Enhancement Scheme in Mumbai Rainfall (Symbol: RAINMUMBAI) Futures contracts.
The following has been stated:-
•National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Limited has informed members that the Liquidity Enhancement Scheme for Mumbai Rainfall (Symbol: RAINMUMBAI) Futures Contracts will become effective from May 29, 2026.
•The announcement is in continuation of Exchange circular no. NCDEX/TRADING-020/2026 dated May 20, 2026.
•The scheme has been introduced in accordance with the Exchange’s Bye-laws, Rules, and Regulations.
•Members and market participants have been advised to take note of the implementation date for the liquidity enhancement facility.
