Labour Compliance The Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment (MoSJ&E) on May 25, 2026, notified the enforcement date for the provisions of the Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Amendment Act, 2026.

The Central Government has appointed May 25, 2026, as the date on which the provision of the Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Amendment Act, 2026, shall come into force.
