Secretarial ComplianceThe National Stock Exchange (NSE IFSC Ltd.) on May 26, 2026, issued an update regarding the introduction of contracts on additional Single Stock Derivatives scheduled to commence trading from May 27, 2026. The circular is in continuation of the earlier Exchange Circular No. NSEIFSC/TRADE/2582 dated May 12, 2026, wherein the Exchange had stated that details relating to strike interval, multiplier, and quantity freeze limits would be communicated separately.

The Exchange has now released the updated Annexure-1 containing the security-specific parameters applicable to the additional Single Stock Derivative contracts. All other operational and contract specifications mentioned in the earlier circular shall remain unchanged.

Broker Dealers and Remote Trading Participants have been advised to load the updated “ni_contract.gz” and “ni_spd_contract.gz” files into their trading applications before commencement of trading on May 27, 2026. The files are available through the Exchange’s Extranet server directory “/gtftp/gtcommon”.
